While the E-Z Burr Stub Length Carbide deburring tool is designed to deburr small parts using “Live Tooling”, it can also be used on all materials and applications, and runs up to 3 times faster than our HSS blade style tool.
The patented Carbide tipped blade is a one piece design, easy to change, with 4-5 times the tool life of our HSS version.
The Stub Length Carbide deburring tool offers a unique design in which the size of the entire tool is 2.82” OAL with only 1.25” sticking out of the collet. This allows it to fit in to any limited space without interference from the work-piece. In addition, the Carbide tipped blade offers faster speeds and feeds and stays sharper longer than HSS.
As with most of E-Z Burr’s patented deburring tools, the stub length carbide tool blade is as easy to change as the HSS version. The one-piece Carbide tipped blade slips in and out of the slot without having to handle a tiny carbide insert.
With no springs or plungers, the cutting height adjustability is a breeze.

The Carbide tipped blades are available for Tough (-T) and Difficult (-D) materials.
