Do you have a unique application that demands a unique deburring tool? At E-Z Burr, we have the ability to customize our deburring tools to meet special lengths, diameters, pilots or shanks, chamfers, tangs or whatever you need. Below are a few custom-made tools that have proven to be successful. However, with your application, we would work directly with you and your specifications to customize your perfect tool.
E-Z Burr’s custom made tools can offer precision chamfering and rear deburring with one tool in one pass. You can combine it with the drilling option for a 3-in-1 solution. We also offer other chamfering options for Tough (T) and Difficult (D) materials and applications.
With our custom made precision chamfer tool, we mount a fixed pocket chamfer insert to the body of our deburring tool, which generates a precise chamfer. Our deburring insert will collapse into the arbor, pass through the hole, and deburr the rear of the hole. At the same time, the fixed pocket chamfer insert will engage the front of the hole to produce your desired precision chamfer. Our precision chamfer tool is also designed to allow you to change the inserts and make a rear chamfer adjustment while the tool is still in the machine.
We also offer Deburring Cartridges that can be built into the body of a drill or boring tool for quick change-out while the tool is still in the machine. The rectangular cartridges drop right into the pre-milled trench in the body of the tool.
