Stub Length High Speed Steel Deburring Tools

While the E-Z Burr Stub Length HSS deburring tool is designed to deburr very small parts with “Live Tooling”, it can also be used on all materials and all limited space applications such as in Screw Machines.

A Specialty Tool Made Standard

This stub length deburring tool started as a custom tool that we designed for a Swiss Screw Product manufacturer in which it received rave remarks. After rigorous testing on other applications and materials and complete satisfaction with our results, we are proud to offer them as stocked items.

Fitting In

The hole diameter available range is from .093” through .236.” The tool itself is only 2.82” OAL with only 1.25” sticking out of the collet. This prevents any interference with the work-piece in the limited space available, and works perfectly where a standard length deburring tool would not fit.
