E-Z Burr’s standard length high speed steel (HSS) deburring tools are the industry standard for quick, effective and consistent front and rear burr removal.
By designing the blade to operate without springs and plungers, the flexible blade and solid shank offer optimum performance for deburring metal or plastic materials.
The Standard Length HSS deburring tool also allows you to change cutting blades and chamfer settings from very low to very high without removing the tool from the holder. Once your desired chamfer is set, it won’t change even from blade to blade resulting in less downtime and higher production.
The inherent toughness of E-Z Burr HSS deburring tool makes it a great choice for batch runs or in a production environment when a reliable, stable performance is required. It is also the best choice when limited spindle RPM or horsepower is available, or when using a hand-held drill.
