3.”Your tooling did great! After some tuning with speeds, feeds, and the rapid through our coupler the two tools of yours we used only added a minute to a part with a previous 1m 45s cycle time. However it was taking our guys much longer than that to deburr these parts and our machine would many times be waiting on them. They left a small burr on the round of the hole at first but after I adjusted them out some they did wonderful and deburred the complete hole! I believe even with the increase in cycle time we will now be much more efficient on these particular parts…also our operators love the fact we’re doing our part in saving them from early arthritis from cranking on a deburr knife all shift lol. We are going to utilize these on the next few runs of this job and compare efficiency. Very satisfied.”
